What’s included in the Essentials Plan?

This includes core, plugin, and theme updates, daily off-site backups, uptime monitoring, security scans, performance checks, and access to our Australian-based support team for basic questions or troubleshooting. It's ideal for businesses who want reliable, proactive care without needing regular content or design changes.

What counts as a ‘small task’ in the Unlimited Plan?

A small task is any change or fix that can generally be completed within 30 minutes. Examples include changing text or images, installing or configuring a plugin, adjusting styling or layout, fixing minor bugs, or adding a tracking code. Tasks that require custom development, large-scale design changes, or span multiple hours would fall outside this scope - but we’ll always let you know upfront and offer a quote if needed.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times. Essentials Plan users typically get responses within a few hours during business hours, while Unlimited Plan users enjoy priority response, often hearing back within minutes. Most tasks are completed within 24 hours, if not same-day.

Is there a lock-in contract or minimum commitment?

Is there a limit to how many small tasks I can request with the Unlimited Plan?

Nope! You can request as many small tasks as you need, anytime. We’ll handle them one at a time with fast turnaround, and you’ll always get personal support from our local team. Our goal is to give you reliable, ongoing help without nickel-and-diming you for every change.

Do you work on weekends or public holidays?

Our core support hours are Monday to Friday, 7am–7pm AEST. However, we do monitor uptime and security alerts 24/7 and act immediately if your site goes down or is under attack. For critical issues, we’re always just a step away, no matter the day.

What happens if my site is hacked while I’m on a plan?

If you’re on either the Essentials or Unlimited Plan, and your site is hacked, we’ll clean it up at no extra cost. We'll also investigate how it happened, patch vulnerabilities, and secure your site to prevent future attacks. Think of us as your safety net—your website’s never left unprotected.

What if I’m not happy with the work?

If you're not satisfied, we'll work to make it right. If we can’t deliver the result you expected due to technical limitations or other reasons, we’ll be transparent and offer a full refund. We stand by our work and aim for 100% client satisfaction.

Do I need to give you access to my site?

Yes. At minimum, we require a WordPress admin login. For some services, we may also need access to your hosting (e.g., cPanel, FTP, or DNS). We provide clear instructions on how to safely share access, and all information is handled securely.

Do you work with WooCommerce and other eCommerce platforms?

Yes, we have extensive experience with WooCommerce as well as other plugins used in eCommerce environments (like payment gateways, booking tools, etc). Whether it's a broken checkout, product display issue, or cart-related bug, we can help.
